- Contact with shipper for all necessary procedure supports.
- Receive and respond when receiving information, booking requests from agents or carriers.
- Check the place and price, based on the nature of the goods and the agent to make the best choice at that time for the agent, then send the ship schedule, cargo information, freight to the agent, if not agree If so, find another option for the shipment..
- Send booking confirmation to the customers.
- Contact with shipping lines and customers to solve the trouble case, solve backlog and incidents with the goods.
- Co-ordinary with internal teams to ensure customer's requirements.
- Report to manager or upper level when required.
- Complete the assigned job when required.
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Import/ Export, Logistics, or related fields.
- Fluency in English (oral and written).
- Self-motivated, dedicated and hard working.
- Good sense of customer service and team work.
- Sense of urgency, able to prioritize.
- Ability to deal with high pressure situation.
