Job Description

Kỹ thuật viên chịu trách nhiệm về vận hành an toàn bảo trì và sửa chữa thiết bị điện hệ thống PABX, TV, và hệ thống báo cháy và tất cả các công việc cần thiết trong ca trực/ Technician is responsible for safety operation, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, PABX system, TV, fire system and other necessary tasks required in the working shift.
Chịu trách nhiệm ghi lại và báo cáo chính xác lượng tiêu thụ điện và nước hàng ngày, tất cả các công việc được thực hiện các sự cố hoặc sự bất thường trong hệ thống kỹ thuật tòa nhà cho Trưởng ca, Giám sát kỹ thuật hoặc Kỹ sư trưởng vào cuối ca trực/ Be responsible for recording and reporting daily electrical and water consumption, all tasks which have been implemented, the breakdown or unusual of engineering system to Technician Duty Shift, Technical Supervisor or Chief Engineer in the end of working shift.
Tham gia công tác bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật MEP ở khu vực chung trong và ngoài tòa nhà/ Participate in the maintenance of MEP technical systems in common areas inside and outside the building.
Theo dõi hàng ngày tất cả các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của máy phát điện để tránh sự cố/ Daily follow up all generator specifications to avoid breakdowns.
Thực hành thao tác vận hành ATS dưới sự giám sát của người quản lý/ Practice ATS (Automactic Transfer Switch) operation under the supervision of line manager.
Tuân thủ theo quy trình, quy định hoạt động chuẩn của bộ phận/ Comply with the standard rules, regulations of the department.

Tốt nghiệp Trung cấp trở lên về ngành Điện – điện tử, Điện công nghiệp, Điện lạnh, Cơ điện tử . Graduated from College or University majoring in Electrical Electronic, Industrial Electricity, Refrigeration, Mechanical Electrical...
Am hiểu về hệ thống M.E.P của tòa nhà/ Be well informed about the M.E.P of the building.
Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm, phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt/ Good teamwork, analytical and problem solving skills.
Chấp nhận sinh viên mới ra trường/ Admit students who recent graduate.
