- Represents P&O at designated business units (BUs) forum & meetings.
- Be an owner of change process in the designated BU(s) by serving as a people champion and a change agent in driving and implementing key people strategies and agendas for the BU(s).
- Develops effective, collaborative relationships and networks with all internal and external stakeholders (BU’s line management, employees, clients, vendors...)
- Conducts regular meetings with managers and employees to understand about their situations/needs therefore can consult and provide P&O policy guidance and interpretation.
- Provides timely and trusted advice, guidance, and solutions to meet BU(s)’ requirements and demands.
- Resolves employee relations issues; and conducts effective, thorough investigations/labor disciplinary handling sessions when required.
- Engages in the employee’s life cycle processes (from hiring to exiting) to make sure compliance of Company’s policies, practices, and labor regulations.
- Maintains and ensure regulatory compliance of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees to mitigate legal risks.
- Controls the recruitment HC budget and maintain the updated job descriptions of all positions in the designed units.
- Partners with other related functions to provide candidates & employee’s good experience.
- Accounts for full-cycle recruitment (finding, recruiting, hiring, onboarding) for designated BU(s) timely and effectively.
- Builds a candidate pool and talent mapping for BU(s) critical positions.
- Works with the designated BU(s)’s managers and employees on setting priorities/goals, driving values, and delivering business results.
- Implements and drives P&O key agendas including performance management, talent review, performance improvement, succession planning, development roadmaps, compensation & benefits, disciplinary actions, etc...
- Manages and analyses personnel related data for performance improvement and efficiencies.
- Analyzes market trends and metrics in partnership with other P&O related functions to benchmark and recommend appropriate proposal/solutions in compensation/rewards.
- Develops P&O related solutions, programs, and policies when/where needed.
- Work with related P&O functions/line mangers/internal stakeholders to identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.
- Works with other P&O functions to execute and deliver P&O programs & agendas in the designed BUs.
- Liaisons and follows up with outsourced vendors for any P&O related matters in the BU in charge and make sure BU’s needs on outsourced resources are fulfilled timely and efficiently.
- Analyzes employee survey results, works and follows up with BU(s)’ line management on their action plans.
- Develops, leads and works on special and cross-functional programs / projects or activities as directed by the line manager/CPO.
- As a P&O team member, contributes to develop and/or enhance policies, procedures and systems to support P&O “best practice".
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the line manager/CPO.
- University’s degree. HR major is a plus.
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in HR business partner position with at least 02 years in managerial role in MNCs/ dynamic working environment (TA & BP experience is a must)
- Well-understanding and application of labor & employment related Laws
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource aspects & practices including total rewards, talent development, performance management, succession planning, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis.
- Proven experience in partnering with large operational organizations/units would be a great advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English).
- Ability to quickly understand the business strategy, financials, and objectives as well as business issues and needs.
- Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization’s people, culture, hierarchy, jobs, qualifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to derive meaningful information from data to support decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or/and related software.
- Flexibility to travel between various offices and warehouses.
