1. Work on Manufacturing Architecture identified projects in a global environment as early as preparation prior Project start.
Specific Manufacturing Architecture works
· Define cost-effective manufacturing strategy that will balance product demand with production capacity all throughout project and product life.
· Align the strategy with Industrialization/Equipment Engineering Project Manager to match with Industrialization concept.
· Identify Key Decisions related to process flow with goal of cycle time and yield optimization.
Generic Project Participation
· During project and design delta risk assessment focus on cost and manufacturing category. Propose scenarios (concepts) on product, process, and equipment as mitigation to reflect on project and development plan.
· From business average cost price (ACP) target, align and define realistic value for mass production base on development concept and project mitigations.
2. Cooperate with Project team during development cycles towards concept selections
· Follow-up project and development through active participation on team meetings and learning events.
· Influence product concept decisions by assessing manufacturability/assembly risks.
· Contribute on concept creation and decision matrices of Product, Process and Equipment.
· Track ACP and match of concept decisions to manufacturing. Pro-actively feedback with the team and propose mitigations for every risk that will arise.
3. Ensure that final product design has sufficient compatibility to process, equipment, and future continuous improvements.
· Participate on Product FMEA by assessing manufacturability and assembly risk. Urge Product design solution as much as possible and assess mitigation of remaining risk on Process and Equipment.
· Make improvements on Operation steps and Process flow. Use time study and line balancing principles. Align with Industrialization concept.
4. Support company vision, mission, and values and department practices
· Continuously strive for learning to gain knowledges that can be applied on systems and technology of future manufacturing and assembly.
· Contribute on knowledge sharing with Equipment and Production engineering.
Bachelor's degree (or Master's degree) in Engineering/Technical field.
Prefer 2+ years experiences at same role.
Farmiliar with SolidWord and Ms Office.
Fluent in English.
Problem solving/ Statistical analysis/ Risk management/ Process development methodology
