Plan and manage plan implementation from start to completion
Coordinate with relevant departments to identify issues that need improvement and make the most effective suggestions for improvement.
Report problems to manager and propose specific solutions
Manage planning staff
Request and closely follow the plan implementation status of relevant departments

Over 5 year experiences of ME (Manufacturing Excellence) or IE (Industrial engineering) for shoe factories.
Knowledge of shoe process
Good English & MS Office skill
Situation determination ability and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under high pressure.
