· Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all manufacturing processes.
· Design and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.
· Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues.
· Implement and oversee improvements in equipment, tools, and methodologies.
· Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
· Analyze data and perform root cause analyses to enhance production systems.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet production targets and quality standards.
· Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project reports.
· Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions
· Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising product quality.
Job Requirement
· Bachelor of electronic, mechanical, or a related field.
· Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechanical, automation engineering or a related field.
· At least 3-5 years Experienced in Process/manufacturing engineering: able to coordinate and lead/build process efficiently.
· AutoCAD/Solid work at least 2D and able to understand the drawing.
· Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE and other process improvement methodologies.
· Excellent communication: Able to communicate clearly, timely with all levels of communication – including inside functional Teams and outside organization.
· Have knowledge on the quality management system of IATF 16949 and total productive maintenance TPM.
· Good at English and Vietnamese (required). Must be able to communicate clearly and directly with all levels of the organization.
· Teamwork and co-operations across functional departments are a must.
