Market Analyst (Nhân viên phân tích thị trường)

Job Description

To provide timely, accurate and relevant market information and analysis to enable informed decision making for the Company Marketing & Sales tactics and strategies.

1. Contribute to marketing and sales tactical plan to maximize competitive advantage

• Identify the effective segments, customers’ needs and market situation; then analyze and help formulate competitive marketing and sales plan.

2. Monitor actual results compared to expected result and recommend action plans to deal with current market situation

• Identify the discrepancies, analyze and make recommendations based on the actual results and trends.

3. Coordinate with other cross-function departments and improve the level of service satisfaction

• Support all marketing and sales functions by giving recommendations & coordinate between departmental levels; provide analytical support for all marketing and sales functions

4. Occupational Health & Safety

• Implement OH&S annual plan of Market Intelligence Department
• Do risk control of high risks

KEY DECISIONS/ DIMENSIONS:

• Conduct the analysis process and responsible tasks on a regular basis
• Recommend the marketing plan on both regional and provincial levels
• Support other functions based on request
• Achieve the activity plans on time

Working time: Monday - Friday (44 hours/week)

Venue: E.town Central, 44 Doan Van Bo, Ward 13, District 4, Ho Chi Minh

Job Requirement

KIẾN THỨC, KỸ NĂNG:

• University degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration  
• Data sensitivity, analytical skill and systematic thinking, knowing PowerBI is an advantage
• Creativity assertive and interpersonal skill
• Presentation skill
• Fluency in English 

KINH NGHIỆM:

• Knowledgeable in cement industry and professional business conduct
• Have > 1 year of experience in a similar position is a plus
