The Marketing Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and office support to the Marketing team in a pharmaceutical company. This role ensures the smooth operation of marketing activities, including support for brand activities, and contributes to the efficient execution of marketing plans and strategies.
Assist with daily administrative tasks including data collection and entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Process supplier contracts, payments, invoices, project briefs, and other relevant documents for approval.
Prepare work-related reimbursements and liquidation forms with supporting documents and receipts.
Route documents within marketing and sales to other departments.
Arrange meetings and conferences, schedule appointments, and make travel arrangements.
Assist in logistics planning and setting up for BTL activations, Continuing Medical Education (CME) Programs, conferences, and other special events.
Make necessary room rental, reservation, or catering arrangements.
Coordinate and execute tasks related to marketing campaigns and product launches.
Order and monitor Point of Sale Materials (POSMs) related to category activities, ensuring they are used efficiently and not wasted.
Ensure proper management and use of office supplies.
Prepare and process requests for office supplies and equipment as needed.
Process product returns.
Work on ad hoc marketing projects assigned for training purposes.
Job Requirement
Professional Background
Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience required.
