The Marketing Data Senior Specialist plays a crucial role in integrating market intelligence with digital analytics to drive marketing insights and optimize marketing initiatives. This role combines market research, data analysis, and hands-on execution of digital marketing activities, including website content management, performance tracking, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is structured yet agile, enjoys experimenting with different approaches, and has experience working with backend tools, data systems, and marketing platforms
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Market Intelligence
Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and clients’ business activities behaviors to inform marketing strategies
Produce periodic reports and insights to support decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness
2. Website & Tracking Management
Oversee website operations and optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience and smooth navigation
Lead website marketing initiatives, including developing new modules and enhancing existing features
Track and analyze website performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Experiment-approach with new tools and techniques to enhance marketing data collection and reporting
3. Marketing Analysis
Analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources (marketing performance metrics, website analytics, CRM, and external research) to produce actionable insights
Monitor marketing performance data across different channels to ensure data accuracy and optimize marketing efforts
Experiment with different analytical methods and reporting techniques to refine marketing insights
Stay proactive in identifying new marketing trends, digital tools, and optimization opportunities
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing agencies, internal departments, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
Support content creation efforts by assisting in writing short articles, newsletters, and marketing materials
Coordinate with business units, marketing, and customer experience teams to facilitate data-driven discussions and align marketing strategies
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Certifications related to Marketing Analysis, Digital Marketing is a plus
3-5 years of working experience in marketing analysis, market intelligence, or digital marketing
Strong proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media insights, etc.).
Experience with website backend platforms (CMS, WordPress, or similar systems).
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and distill it into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills, with a structured approach to managing complex information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and engaging manner
