Prepare annual Marketing plans and brand activation plans that are aligned with company strategies.
Manage the A&P budget to within budget limits, as agreed with the brand principal and BOD
Lead the development & commercialization of the company product pipeline across key regional markets
Build & lead product innovation calendar in partnership with R&D, sales & trade marketing team
Ensuring alignment across the Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiatives
Be the category expert and monitor competitor pricing, competitor activity, promotional programs and new competitor brand launches. Develop action plans to counter act competitor activities
Build & lead product innovation calendar.
Determine pricing, packaging, and distribution methods for products sold.
Effectively lead and develop a team of young, energetic Marketing professionals
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in FMCG/fresh food/beverage companies
Experienced for Vietnam market & regional markets.
Entrepreneur/commercial mindset
Strong in project management
Results-oriented and proactive about finding solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
