Work with and support Marketing Manager to define long-term and short-term brand strategy and growth KPIs
Work in partnership with MERCHANDISER, OPERATION, VM, to drive a long-term brand vision and define Marketing strategy for all major brand moments: New Collections Launch, Key Product Highlights, Creative Campaigns, Runway Shows, seasonal pushes, as well as always-on brand activities and promotions and keep tracking the results/ learnings
In charge of annual, quarterly, monthly, campaign-based and event-based planning, execution, and reporting in accordance with brand strategies and approved budget
Be responsible for budget planning & management
Work closely with the Creative & PR team to ensure good quality & creative brand communication contents & visuals as well as brand’s social pages performance
Work closely with the Digital agencies to ensure the achievement of brand KPIs via digital campaigns as well as to gain comprehensive insights of target audiences
Contribute to the achievement of brand objectives, through proactive proposals & execution of new marketing ideas and new communication channels considering new trends and emerging consumer behaviors
Collaborate and build key relationships with both internal and external stakeholder, especially KOLs/ Influencers, Social communities, press & media partners, brand principal.
Proactively keep track of brand’s sales performance in all channels (offline stores, website, marketplaces) and support the stores’ managers in all communication & PR activities, including brand & product information
Job Requirement
Min. 3 year experience in Marketing Communications in retail/ fashion/ beauty industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in administrative support or office management is a plus.
Fluent in Vietnamese and English
Solid knowledge of Vietnamese market (e.g., consumer behavior, media consumption, etc.). Knowledge in retailing and sport fashion is a plus
