1. Project Deployment & Coordination:
· Execute marketing activities in line with brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and positioning.
· Support the roll-out of offline and online campaigns, including content marketing, market research, photo & video shooting, etc.
· Assist the Assistant Marketing Manager (AMM) in executing targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and insights.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to implement and deliver marketing plans effectively.
· Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners for branding materials, campaign production and execution.
· Manage agencies in content planning, posting schedules, and content calendars across owned channels.
· Develop and produce compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), blog articles, and the company website.
· Manage the preparation and delivery of product samples for marketing campaigns and sales activities.
· Perform other tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
2. Social Community Management
· Manage and monitor the company’s online communities (Facebook, LinkedIn, website, etc.), ensuring timely responses to inquiries and fostering meaningful engagement.
· Track and analyze community engagement metrics; compile reports to inform future content and communication strategies.
· Record and report on leads generated from company hotline, emails, and other relevant channels.
Education
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
