Job Description

1. Marketing Administration & Documentation

• Support in preparing and processing marketing documents: RF, PO, contracts, and payment requests.
• Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure smooth approval and payment processes.
• Track and update contract status, payment progress, and document filing.
• Assist in preparing internal reports and presentations for marketing activities.

2. Marketing Operations Support

• Provide logistical and administrative support for marketing campaigns, events, and in-store activities.
• Liaise with vendors for quotation collection, sample requests, and delivery follow-up.
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day coordination and paperwork.

3. Other Support Tasks

• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents for team reviews, and maintaining team data or records.
• Occasionally support basic content-related tasks (e.g., checking visual proofs, updating post schedules, etc.).

Job Requirement

• University student majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at multitasking.
• Basic knowledge of marketing or retail operations is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
