1. Team Leadership and Management
Lead, train, and develop the marketing team, ensuring that all members have the necessary skills and motivation to execute marketing strategies effectively.
Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of projects.
Assess performance and assist in refining team processes to enhance efficiency.
2. Strategy Development and Execution
Develop long-term and short-term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals to drive growth and brand recognition.
Set clear marketing objectives and measure the success of campaigns against these goals.
3. Multi-channel Campaign Management
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (online and offline), including SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing.
Optimize campaigns to achieve maximum impact and reach the target audience effectively.
4. Marketing Budget Management
Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet campaign objectives while staying within financial limits.
Track and adjust the monthly budget as needed to optimize spending.
5. Campaign Analysis and Reporting
Measure and analyze campaign performance through key metrics such as ROI, CPC, CPA, and other relevant KPIs.
Provide detailed reports and actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.
6. Market and Competitor Research
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Evaluate the needs and behaviors of the target audience to adapt marketing efforts effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proficiency in English is required, as the manager is Korean
At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
At least 2 years team leading experiences, including delegating tasks, mentoring team members, and evaluating performance.
Solid knowledge of online and offline marketing channels, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.
Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative strategies and solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
