Marketing Leader

Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Leader to lead our Marketing team, including Content, Design, and Video. In this role, you will oversee planning and execution of product launches, cross-marketing campaigns, and other key marketing projects. You will also represent the Marketing department, working closely with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Marketing team (Content, Design, Video) to ensure the production of high-quality marketing materials.
• Oversee the planning and execution of product launches and key marketing campaigns, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Act as the primary representative of the Marketing department, collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Customer Support to align strategies and initiatives.
• Monitor team performance, optimize workflows, and provide guidance to achieve outstanding results.
