Summary
The marketing manager will lead the marketing function at Citics and will be responsible for building the team, developing strategy, and driving execution across user acquisition, brand development, and product marketing. The role focuses on expanding the Agent Partner network (real estate brokers and credit officers), shaping Citics’ presence as a one-stop real estate platform, and supporting the long-term growth of its digital services, including the Citics App for customers. It requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a growth mindset, execution capability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Define and execute Citics’ full-funnel marketing strategy, aligned with each phase of business growth — from building the Agent Partner network to launching customer products and scaling platform-wide adoption.
· Attract and activate Agent Partners (real estate brokers, credit officers) as strategic enablers of Citics’ end-to-end services: valuation, mortgage referrals, brokerage, and investment.
· Drive long-term brand positioning and customer perception, ensuring consistency across all channels and audiences.
· Support the growth of Citics’ digital services, including the go-to-market strategy and positioning for the Citics App.
· Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer, referral, CRM, events) and continuously optimize for performance using data-driven metrics (CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS).
· Leverage AI tools and marketing automation to streamline campaign execution, personalize content, and optimize tracking and reporting.
· Build and lead the marketing team, including internal hires and outsourced partners.
· Set up scalable marketing operations and processes while leading cross-functional collaboration across departments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
· Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or strategic leadership role.
· Proven track record in user acquisition, performance marketing, and brand building — especially in startups or platform-based models (B2B2C/B2C).
· Familiarity with agent-driven or partner-based business models is a strong plus.
· Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager).
· Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and communication skills.
· Proactive, flexible, and adaptable to a dynamic startup environment.
