Overview
This role is responsible for building long-term marketing strategies to elevate brand positioning and support business growth across healthcare, pharma, and hospital service portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• Lead annual and quarterly marketing planning and budgeting.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting.

• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and ensure strategic consistency across channels.

• Align closely with Sales, Product, Brand, and Operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

• Provide leadership in building marketing roadmap and prioritizing key projects.

Job Requirement

• 5+ years of experience in marketing; at least 2 years in strategic planning.

• Strong business acumen and planning capability.

• Experience executing large-scale marketing campaigns.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Prefer candidates with experience in healthcare/pharma or complex service industries.
