Involve in the development and qualification of new products or components as part of NPI/NPD team
Follow up the development/improvement of powertools from initiation till mass prodution.
Colaborate with cross functional teams to test and validate products, components. Interact with suppliers to develop components that meet performance requirements and ensure on time delivery.
Invovle in failure analysis activities, colaborate with expert teams, quality, and suppliers for solution/improvement and follow up the implementation.
Maintain comprehensive product documentation and test data.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal teams and stakeholders
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Experience: Fresh graduates or 1 year experience in related fields
Language: Good command in English
Functional Skills:
Knowledge of GD&T and CAD software (e.g., NX, Catia, AutoCAD).
Familiar with ERP (SAP, Oracle) and PLM (Teamcenter, Winchill).
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
