Mechanical Engineering Manager

Job Description

· Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems and components.

· Manage engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical, software, and manufacturing engineers.

· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Job Requirement

• Fluent in English
• Proven experience as a mechanical engineering manager (from 10 years of experience)
• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related fieldor a related field
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).’
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
