1、Responsible for the planning, design, selection, evaluation, introduction, acceptance, and management of the company's automation equipment;
2、Responsible for establishing and improving equipment management systems;
3、Responsible for the review of automation equipment safety, equipment technical upgrades, equipment management documents, and operational training;
4、Responsible for the establishment of technical standards for equipment procurement in the factory area, as well as the selection, procurement, and acceptance of equipment;
5、Responsible for the management of equipment renovation projects;
6、Responsible for the acceptance of newly purchased equipment, tracking installation progress, andimplementing improvement plans;
7、Responsible for developing technical solutions for non-standard equipment;
8、Responsible for overall water and electrical planning of equipment in the factory area;
9、TPM system construction promotion and spare parts inventory management;
10、Preparation and training of two major regulations for related equipment;
11、Assessment and skill training of personnel in the engineering equipment department;
12、Responsible for preparing and supervising the implementation of the three-level maintenance planfor equipment;
13、Daily equipment maintenance arrangements and communication.

1、Key undergraduate degree or above, majoring in furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering or related engineering disciplines;
2、More than 3 years of experience as an equipment engineer in a large furniture factory, with experience in large-scale projects;
3、Familiar with the working principle, material structure, and processing technology of furniture equipment;
4、Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate work with project managers, technical workers, etc;
5、Has a strong sense of responsibility, takes work seriously and responsibly, and can withstand significant work pressure.
Minimum Academic Requirement:Key undergraduate programs
Professional Requirement: Engineering majors related to furniture manufacturing or mechanical engineering
Age Requirement:Under 40 years old
Experience Requirement:More than 3 years of work experience in the same position
Knowledge、Skill Requirement:
- Familiar with TPM system construction, as well as the working principle, material structure, and processing technology of furniture and equipment
Personal Quality Requirement:
- Having good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to coordinate work with project managers, technical workers, etc;
- Has a strong sense of responsibility, takes work seriously and responsibly, and can withstand significant work pressure
