• EC Operation service (Shopee / Lazada / Tiki / Sendo, etc.).
• SNS Maintenance & Operation (mainly Facebook Page / Facebook Group).
• Front-end Web development / Offshore business for Japan.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Leader (Performance) to lead our performance marketing efforts across both onsite and offsite channels. This role is perfect for a data-savvy marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys mentoring junior team members, and has a proven track record of driving ROI through strategic planning and execution.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams (media, content, creative, account) to manage high-impact campaigns for top-tier clients across eCommerce, FMCG, lifestyle categories, ...

WE NEED YOU:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms:

Onsite: Shopee, Lazada, Tiki Ads

Offsite: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads

• Build comprehensive annual and monthly media plans, including performance forecasts, budget allocation, content direction, and promotional schedules.
• Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROAS, CVR, AOV, and other relevant KPIs.
• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights for campaign improvement, stock planning, and overall business strategy.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad materials that align with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the KOL/influencer team to align paid media with KOL campaign timelines and overall campaign strategies (no direct execution required).
• Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on competitor research and market trends.
• Coordinate cross-team and cross-agency collaborations to ensure campaign delivery is on time, on brand, and on budget.
• Mentor and train junior team members in performance marketing, client communication, and project coordination..

WORK LOCATION: 3rd Floor, Moc Gia Building, No.123 Cong Hoa Street, Ward 12, Tan Binh Dist., HCMC.

WORKING TIME: Monday to Friday and Bi-weekly Saturday from 8 AM - 5 PM.

Job Requirement

•   3–5 years of experience in digital performance marketing or e-Commerce growth strategy (agency-side experience is a big plus).
•   In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and eCommerce ad tools.
•   Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large datasets and translate insights into action
•   Experience in campaign planning, budget management, and performance optimization
•   Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally with creative, KOL, and account teams.
•   Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
