Our company is looking for a Medical Communications Intern to join our team. Your responsibility is to support in scientific translation, clinical research support, and event management.
Medical Communications Intern create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
Scope of Responsibilities
Scientific File Translation:
Accurately translate scientific documents (e.g., protocols, case report forms) from English to Vietnamese and vice versa, adhering to medical terminology and regulatory standards.
Proofread and edit translated documents for consistency and clarity.
Maintain confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information.
Clinical Studies Research Support:
Assist with literature searches and data analysis for ongoing clinical research projects.
Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external audiences.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of research databases and documentation.
Support and executive paperwork for events:
Coordinate with event organizers to gather necessary paperwork and permits.
Manage speaker invitations and travel arrangements.
Assist with logistics and on-site execution of medical conferences, workshops, and symposia.
Working time: 3 days x 8 hours / week
Have background in Pharmacy
Good at written and verbal communication skills in English.
Passion for healthcare and a genuine interest in medical communication.
