MOLD DESIGN SENIOR ENGINEER (Shuttle bus from HCM - Bien Hoa - Ba Ria)

Job Description

This position will be provided shuttle bus from BA RIA/ BIEN HOA/ DISTRICT 2/ THU DUC CITY to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

• Evaluating the feasibility of tooling for a layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, and assembly during RFQ
• Design and review tooling (layup, PCM, trimming, gluing, cooling, assembly) for manufacturing and prepare mold/jig request sheet.
• Change or optimize tooling to facilitate the end users and solve existing problems.
• Prepare tooling instructions as guidelines to train the operators.
• Trouble-shooting and problem-solving for tooling during manufacturing
• Perform DFMEA for tooling design and Lesson-learned knowledge database.
• Working close with process engineers and product engineers to solve problems of product development
• Supporting any R&D activities/projects in technical department
