Motor Quality Control Engineer

Job Description

- Define the optimal measurement method and make standardize measurement WI.
- Develop SPC plan with WinSPC system
- Measurement room management.
- Training QA technician GR&R/Cgk/GD&T to improve our QA technician.
- Check and maintain and manage measurement equipment and gauges.
- Help QA technician to analyze the machine stability with quality tools(GR&R,Cgk),.
- Measurement equipment apply/purchase/transfer/repair/scrap following.
- Programing Zeiss CMM to measure motor or accessories which needed.
- Teaching QA to operate and program CMM.
- Participate new gauge design in NPD stage.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering degree.
• At least 3 years experience in measurement area
• Familiar with mechanical process and manufacturing processes
• Excelent in written/spoken English and Mandarine.
• Good knowledge in SPC Tools, MSA, DOE and GD/T etc
• Good interpersonal skill and team player.
• Leadership experience is plus
