Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform in process audit, inspection and record according to quality plan (Classify of defects/issues, follow AQL sampling plan, and issue nonconformity (NCMS) report)
- Participate to containment and corrective actions of NC materials, FG and follow up the problem solving till done, including the handling of quarantined FG and WIP.
- Investigate root cause of quality issues, communicate to relevant Depts, and follow up the problem solving
- Apply the basic statistical methods for data analysis and PDCA/Quality tools in problem solving
- Shiftly report for quality performance per department and QMS requirements
- Report any quality risks or abnormality to supervisor
- EHS and 5S audit in the assigned areas
- Lead or participate to Quality Circle (Small Group Activities) and Track/ verify / validate improvement actions’ effectiveness in own areas
- Conform to and participate in internal/external audit (IMS, CCC, FSC, ...), LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI) assessment and annual TIP setting
- Stop production in case of identified serious EHS or Quality risk. Escalate and actively collaborate to immediately resolve the situation.
- Support relevant projects in plant.

Job Requirement
Do you have what it takes?
- A minimum of 3-year experience in Quality Control/ Quality Inspection, prefer from MNC or companies or plastic/ moulding companies
- Ability to work in 12-hour shift
- Proficient in quality standards and defects classification
- Visual ability and no color blind as the important job requirements.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of production, experience of auditing and verification practices
- Computer fluent in MS. Office, Teams, Sharepoints, …
- Basic statistical and PDCA knowledge
- Strong team player with flexible behaviors, open minded, proactive and supportive
- Communication, Decision Making and Trust Building
- Sense for excellence, result oriented with fact-base driven, data oriented and detail oriented.
- Experience in practicing DMAIC, Kaizen, 8D, SPC, SGA/QC in problem solving, quality improvement
- Good presentation skill
- SAP user knowledge
