Buy products that are essential for company’s : Machine, equipment , tool, basis construction day-to-day operations. Review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.
The responsibilities include evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and preparing reports (e.g. on orders and costs.). Good knowledge of market research, along with solid analytical skills to make sure you are identifying the most profitable offers for company
Create and maintain good relationships with key suppliers to ensure merchandise is high quality and delivered on time
Research potential vendors
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Review quality of purchased products
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
Handle the problem if any related to purchasing materials
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Follow PR and place orders as requested
Coordinate with related department to ensure the supply for production line timely
Analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirement
Graduated from any major relevant
At least 2 years experience in the same postion (in printing / packaging industry is an advantage)
Good at English
Strong communication & good problem solving, excellentplanning, organizing, negotiation, analytical and time management skills
