- Responsible for performing utmost sales strategy of company in General Trade channel.
- Managing sales teams in nationwide to implement all policies / sales strategies to achieve sales target.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients
- Building distributing systems.
- Build & develop strategies, policies, system of Sales, Distribution system

Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- 10 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager and/or 5 years as a Regional Sales Manager for GT channel, in multinational companies (FMCG/ Confectionery/Trading Food)
- Firm character with a strong distributor network in Vietnam
- Experience in building and successfully implementing business strategies
- Strong leadership, organization and management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
