Job Description

Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các bộ phận chức năng khác để đảm bảo rằng các mặt hàng mới có dữ liệu chính xác được thiết lập trong hệ thống ERP – tất cả các BOM ở mọi cấp độ, chi phí, nhà cung cấp, bản vẽ và yêu cầu chất lượng / Work closely with other functional department to ensure new item has correct master data set up In ERP's - all level BOMs, cost, vendors, drawings and quality requirements.
Kiểm tra và làm việc với nhóm BOM để sửa tất cả thông tin sai lệch đã được nhập vào NetSuite nhằm duy trì độ chính xác của dữ liệu / Check and work with BOM team to fix all the wrong information that was entered into NetSuite to maintain data accuracy.
Hỗ trợ quy trình thay đổi khi các sản phẩm hiện có được sửa đổi (thay đổi thiết kế, BOM,..) và chuẩn hóa với các sản phẩm khác / Support the change management process when existing products are modified (design, or BOM,…etc) and commonised with other Items.
Đảm bảo rằng các thay đổi trong ERP, catalog và website được thực hiện chính xác để phản ánh những thay đổi nếu cần / Ensure ERP, catalogue and website changes are completed correctly to reflect changes If necessary.
Đảm bảo tất cả dữ liệu thay đổi được ghi lại và lưu trữ đúng cách trong các hệ thống khác nhau để dễ dàng truy cập và theo dõi. / Ensure all change data is captured and stored properly in the various systems for easy access and tracking.
Cung cấp phản hồi để hỗ trợ phát triển và tài liệu các quy trình NPI hiện tại / Provide feedback to support development and documents current NPI processes.
Cải tiến quy trình liên tục khi phát hiện ra thiếu sót, đảm bảo các bên liên quan chính được thông báo về những thay đổi / Continuously Improve processes when deficiencies are discovered ensuring key stakeholders are Informed of changes.
Làm việc với các bên liên quan chính để cải thiện các quy trình của các phòng ban khác liên quan đến NPI và Quản lý Thay đổi Sản phẩm / Work with key stakeholders to Improve other departmental processes related to NPI and Product Change Management.

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Cử nhân/Kỹ sư Cơ khí, Kỹ thuật công nghiệp hoặc nền tảng có liên quan / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant background.
Thành thạo kỹ năng Excel / Proficiency in Excel skills.
Trình độ tiếng Anh trung cấp / Intermediate English level.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt / Good communication skills.
Tư duy linh hoạt: Có khả năng thích ứng với hoàn cảnh thay đổi và giải quyết vấn đề sáng tạo / Flexible thinking: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and problem-solve creatively.
Thái độ tích cực: Tiếp cận thử thách với sự nhiệt huyết và tư duy xây dựng / Positive attitude: approaches challenges with enthusiasm and a constructive mindset.
