Job Description

Biên chế thuộc phòng Bảo trì và báo cáo cho Giám sát Bảo trì, vị trí này có các nhiệm vụ chính sau:

• Thực hiện công việc bảo trì, sửa chữa, lắp đặt thiết bị vật dụng, đảm bảo nhà máy (nhà xưởng, công trình phụ trợ, hệ thống thiết bị...) hoạt động thông suốt

• Vận hành hệ thống thiết bị phụ trợ, thiết bị chung

• Kiểm tra, theo dõi và ghi nhận sự hoạt động của máy móc, thiết bị

• Thực hiện kế hoạch bảo trì định kỳ, nâng cao hiệu quả của việc bảo trì phòng ngừa

• Báo cáo công việc hàng ngày

• Giám sát nhà thầu, phía thứ ba thi công, làm việc tại nhà máy

• Hiệu chuẩn dụng cụ thiết bị

• Đảm bảo phụ tùng thay thế khi cần

• Đề xuất cải tiến bảo trì

• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định an toàn

• Hợp tác với các phòng ban để giải quyết nhanh chóng và hiệu quả các vấn đề phát sinh

• Thực hiện những nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên,...

Belonging to the Maintenance Team and reporting directly to Maintenance Supervisor, this position has the following key mission:

• To handle maintenance, repair machinery, install equipment to ensure the continuous performance of the factory including workshops, facilities, machinery…

• To operate the facilities, the main equipment

• To control, monitor and record the performance of machines, equipment

• To perform the periodic maintenance and improve the preventive maintenance

• To make daily reporting

• To supervise the contractors, third-parties working at the manufacturing site

• To calibrate the tools and equipment

• To ensure the availability of spare parts

• To propose improvements of equipment and machines

• To respect strictly the rules and regulations of safety

• To facilitate team work, coordinate with related departments to solve arising problems quickly and effectively

• To handle other tasks required by the line supervisor.
