1. Customer interaction for quality issues.
2. Processing customer’s technical queries, orders feasibility analysis, technical consultant, negotiating technical agreements.
3. Handling quality complaints, on-site investigation, cooperating with Production to define root causes and make improvement; provide solutions to solve the problem.
4. Supporting Sales about product specifications, materials selection,
5. Managing quality design system, product standards and certifications; in charge of mill audits.
6. Collaborate with Production teams for sample testing, production setting and optimization.
7. Dealing with suppliers to ensure quality of raw materials.
8. Researching and developing new products.
