1. Prepare submission to get construction permit from Building Management.
2. Supervise finishing and interior construction on the site.
3. Ensure project schedule always being on time.
4. Control quality of the project.
5. Avoid the risky by report and proposal solution to superior.
6. Other tasks will be assigned by managers.
1) Experience as supervisor at finishing construction or Interior finishing construction.
2) Understanding Drafting and Construction (Interior and Exterior)
Design, Details, Materials, Schedule, relationship with SC.
3) Written and oral communication skills in English (Intermediate).
4) Experience with computers, Including MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
5) Experience with Architectural programs, such as AutoCAD
6) Knowledge about the architectural materials
7) Be ready to overwork (at night, weekend)
Trong quá trình làm việc nhân viên sẽ được đào tạo 2 phần chính:
1. Đào tạo về mindset: Đào tạo đầu vào và kiểm tra định kì
2. Đào tạo về chuyên môn nghiệp vụ: Được đào tạo bởi trưởng bộ phận và các buổi seminar chia sẻ kinh nghiệm

12 ngày phép 1 năm
5 ngày phép đặc biệt nếu làm nhân viên chính thức trên 1 năm
Các ngày nghỉ lễ theo lịch nhà nước thường dài hơn từ 1-2 ngày
