Job Description

I. Job Purpose:

• To ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards

II. Job Accountabilities:

• Perform receptionist’s task and ensure Company’s professional image at the receptionist counter/
• Perform general administration duties includes but not limited to photocopying, mailing and filing documents, support to control the using status of personal lockers, document cabinets and book case of office staff...
• Search efficient vendors as per requirement of line manager, place order, handle the delivery and proceed payment for all necessary goods/services for office
• Control the meeting room booking system and fingerprints of Office’s entrance
• Support for Company’s events
• Handle other tasks assigned by line manager

Job Requirement

• At least 6 months working experience of administration job, especially at Receptionist position
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant major
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good attitude and good communication in English and Vietnamese
• Good skills of searching, processing and present information
• Being open-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, ready for challenges and can bear heavy working pressure
• Being careful and professional in dealing with confidential information
• Being willing to work overtime and go on business trip when needed
