Job Description
What will you do:
Set up an annual CSR plan according to Buyer (customer) standards, legal requirements, and internal standards (as ISO 14001:2015).
Build up an action plan for Health, Safety, Environmental, and Social activities/projects.
Join in CSR strategy development.
Do risk assessment and figure out risk control methods.
Set up EHS & Social routine, SOP, guidance & deliver to relevant members.
Promote EHS & Social knowledge through training courses.
Be coordinator of all EHS & Social activities.
Be representative in performance audits from Buyers and 3rd parties.
Analysis and report operation results of the system to the department head, leadership, buyer, and government department.
Perform internal assessment of CSR monthly.
Review the effectiveness of the CSR system yearly.
Investigate incidents and find out root causes linked to actions.
Figure out CAP for system loopholes and non-compliance findings.
Job Requirement
What should you have:
+ You are experienced in the OHS role. (at least 1 year).
+ Solid knowledge about CSR, and OHS law code.
+ Good communication skills.
+ Intermediate English level.
+ Certified compliance professional in labor safety / EHS / Energy Engineering is a plus.
