Job Description

Develop production plans and work schedules.
Monitor and track the progress of plans, and report results periodically.
Analyze data and suggest optimal solutions to improve work processes.
Support other departments in implementing plans to ensure timely delivery and quality.
Build and maintain planning reports and forecast production needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirement

At least college degree-minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience working in a multinational manufacturing company is preferred.
Proficient in computers, ERP, databases, preferably with experience in using MACOLA.
Ability to analyze, solve problems, negotiate.
Good communication.
Good English is an advantage.
Can work under pressure.
Honest and careful
