Job Description

Thu thập dữ liệu về chi phí sản xuất vật liệu/nhân công/chi phí chung và chi phí hành chính liên quan tại nhà máy và lập báo cáo phân tích chi phí hàng tháng. Phụ trách tính giá thành (Collect data of production cost for material/ labor/ factory overhead & relevant administrative costs at the plant and prepare monthly cost analysis reports. In charge of pricing calculation)
Đảm bảo các tiêu chuẩn, chính sách và thông lệ về chi phí được chia sẻ, tuân thủ chính xác từ đầu đến cuối trong khi tuân thủ các mốc thời gian và lịch trình đã thiết lập (Ensure costing standards, policies and & practices are shared, followed accurately from start to finish while following established timelines and calendars)
Chịu trách nhiệm về các hoạt động tính chi phí bao gồm ước tính chi phí của sản phẩm mới hoặc sản phẩm đặc biệt để làm cơ sở thiết lập giá bán (Responsible for costing activities including estimating the cost of new or special products to serve as the basis for setting selling prices)
Phân tích biên lợi nhuận gộp cho nhiều sản phẩm khác nhau và cung cấp thông tin chi tiết về xu hướng chi phí (Analyze gross profit margins for various product and provide insights on cost trends)
So sánh chi phí thực tế với chi phí tiêu chuẩn và điều tra các sai lệch, chỉ ra nguyên nhân đằng sau chúng (Compare actual costs to standard costs and investigate variances, identify the reasons behind them)
Tiến hành phân tích chi phí sản xuất chi tiết, bao gồm theo dõi khối lượng và thông tin chi phí dựa trên doanh số hàng tháng (Conduct detailed production cost analysis, including volume tracking and cost information based on monthly sales)
Chuẩn bị phân tích cho các cuộc họp đánh giá hiệu suất hàng tháng (Prepare analysis for monthly performance review meetings)
Thực hiện bất kỳ dự án tính giá thành đặc biệt nào được giao (Perform any ad hoc costing projects as assigned)

Job Requirement

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên. Trình độ tiếng Anh khá (
Chuyên ngành quản trị kinh doanh, xuất nhập khẩu (Specializing in business administration, import and export)
Am hiểu về quy trình chăm sóc khách hàng, mua hàng (Knowledge of customer services management and purchasing)
Sử dụng thành thạo máy tính (Proficient in the use of computers)
Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí liên quan (At least 1 year of experience related position)
