Prepare and checking all key card holder, room, registration card, etc.
Assist customer to handle luggage upon arrival and departure.
Welcomes greets and escorts all arriving guests to their located rooms wherein a personalized check-in is to be facilitated.
Familiar with the room facilities in order to conduct guest room orientation in the first time of their check in.
Assist in facilitating a fast, smooth and pleasant check-in and check-out.
Always update guest profile on PMS with latest preferences and hobbies, etc. in order to serve guest better.
When on night shift, checks night report, prepare the morning report and prepare all necessary forms for the guest arrival.
Preview VIP next day arrivals, ensuring that those with special requests and those accorded special status by hotel are highlight to Management and necessary related functions are actions.
Always check and be careful before issuing guest keys as well as any matter about guest key.
Responsible to keep the front desk safety box and cashier drawer safe.
Cashier drawer fund is requested to be sufficient at all time. Unless, supporting document need to be presented with authorize approval.
Prepare and checking all key card holder, room, registration card, etc.
Keeps a visible and active presence in the Lobby asking all guests and visitors if they require assistance.
Values good grooming, personal hygiene, and complies with hotel’s health and safety.
Familiar with the Apartment’s policies and procedures, product, service, rates, special events, city and local information and promotes such whenever possible.
Responsible to arrange flowers and fruits for in-house and arrival guests.
Co-ordinate with Housekeeping department to ensure that rooms assigned to guests are in order.
To assist customer in carrying their Luggage, providing information, Booking tour/restaurant.
To monitor the main entrance, Driveway, Gym, Swimming pool to make sure that prompt assistant to customer as always.
Be totally familiar with room amenities, layout, rate structure, outlets (e.g. promotions, banquet, function, party etc.).
Assist in whatever way to promote and up sell the Apartment’s products and services.
Ensures that all repeat guests are accorded personalized service recognize and welcome.
To answer the telephone promptly according to the standard set by the hotel. Never let the phone ring more than 3 times.
To always read the Front Desk Log Book at the beginning and at the end of the shift.
Handles guest’s complaint or requests and liaise with the concerned department to ensure immediate action and follow up.
Make courtesy calls, provide assistance and arrange flowers or fruits to the sick guests.
Check the guest birthday list on daily basic for preparation and dispatching of birthday cards and cakes to guests.
Maintain friendly rapport with guests in order to ensure their goodwill and repeat business.
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety.
Do everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the apartment with a positive impression of our services.
Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree or Diploma in Tourism Management or Front Office Vocational College degree
1-year experience in 4 & 5 – star hotel/resort/residence
Good at English
Customer service mindset, honest, hark working, open-minded
Smiling face, and willing to learn
Be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to Fire Life safety
To work and be totally familiar with the computer system and maintain the computer discipline at all time. All CSR have to log in and log out with their personal password at all times
Aware and familiar with measures and procedures to follow during emergency situations
