Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and manage order processes.
Work with suppliers/factories to ensure product quality meets the Ministry of Health's (MOH) regulations and that delivery schedules are met.
Manage import-export documents and procedures.
Execute and oversee international payments.
Manage foreign trade contracts.
Source, negotiate, and select transportation providers for international shipments.
Coordinate with relevant teams to handle issues related to goods.
Maintain and organize records and documents in a complete and systematic manner.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job Requirement
Educational Background: Bachelor's or College degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economics, Logistics, or Business Administration. Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in domestic and international purchasing.
Skills:
Strong negotiation and bargaining skills.
Proficiency in order management and problem-solving.
English proficiency in communication and the ability to read and understand import-export documents.
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
