Job Description

• Effective relationships and communication with adidas LO & HQ
• Support brand with excellent product execution at every stage and create awareness of critical timelines and product challenges
• Take full ownership of product quality at every development stage through material, component, FGT and compliance testing.
• Understanding “Cleated shoes” for athlete – effectively & efficiently manage development seasons [Including PROMO]
• Align internally with the Manager of development on creating and implementing the cascading goals and annual road maps
• Enhance connectivity and help to establish a network across internal functions CE, each COO, GME, aIC, QIP (OCPT) but also selected T2,T3 TECH partners.
• Provide innovative Kaizen suggestions related to sample quality, bonding process optimizations, automation level, machinery upgrade (no-sew, heat press) in order to excel in product consistency

* Shuttle service available in areas: Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa, Ba Ria...
