Job Description

• Prepare requests for internal and external audits.
• Compile customer requirements and conduct checks, monitor department execution processes.
• Coordinate with departments to schedule and remind regular customer evaluation appointments on time.
• Conduct regular assessments, unannounced internal ISO, CoC, C-TPAT, PCCC system audits, and monitor departmental execution processes to ensure compliance with company systems, procedures, and policies.
• Collect corrective action reports from ethics, social responsibility assessments, quality assessments, C-TPAT assessments and send preventive action reports to customers.
• Support uploading preventive action data to customer electronic channels.
• Analyze, implement, and respond to customer requests.
• Perform other duties as required by the department head.
