Job Description

Import-Export staff

DescriptionReceive & check weekly shipment plan from MER (Buyer)

Request packing list & PO sheet from MER for booking

Submit booking to FWD & receive booking confirmation from FWD

Arrange and make schedule to ship out & request actual pkl

Prepair document for registing export custom declaration

Checking garment status

Submit relate documents to FWD (SI / ISF / VGM / CLP/...)

Make final doc & upload on system

Making C/O

Checking draft AWB/FCR

Make payment (local charge) & Getting original AWB

Solve the issues about cargoes (get extension,...) ( if have)

Input shipping data into NTIS; Sending H/C to H/O if have

Job Requirement

• Tiếng Anh: Nghe – nói – đọc – viết khá

• Kinh nghiệm: trên 3 năm

• Cẩn thận, chịu khó, có tinh thần học hỏi, hòa đồng

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có mong muốn tìm công việc ổn định và gắn bó lâu dài

• Lương: thoả thuận. Chế độ đãi ngộ tốt

• Môi trường làm việc thoải mái, thân thiện

• Trình độ: Cao đẳng, Đại học
