Job Description

Support printing Work Orders (WOs) from Sage system.
Arrange and prepare WOs for the next process.
Split WOs and scan required documents.
Collect and save all documents after WOs are completed.
Handle PR (Purchase Request) for office supplies/snacks weekly.
Support PC team in following up on ECR if needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Report to PC Manager
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mon - Sat

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree.
English communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
At least 1 year of experience.
Teamwork, detail-oriented, proactive
