Job Description

Position Summary

With the direction and guidance of the manager, I work independently on projects (existing/new), from the design review up to mass production, going through suppliers and all the departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated NPI (New Product Introduction) Engineer to join our dynamic team. The NPI Engineer will play a critical role in the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing processes. This position requires a deep understanding of engineering principles, project management, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, process engineering, and quality assurance. As an NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments, including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain, to ensure that new products are launched on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be tasked with identifying and mitigating risks, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance product performance and manufacturability. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Job Requirement

Person Specifications

1. College education, Bachelor's degree better. 2 - 4 years of working experience. (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process and or Mechanical related career)

2. Experience with manufacturing processes such as plastic, die casting, machining, and metal forming.

3. Able to work independently, self-driving, and hard-working.

4. Good communication skills and teamwork.

5. Good English level.

3. Excellent problem-solving skills.

4. Sense of responsibility

5. Hands-on

Functional Competencies (FC) required:

1. 2 - 4 years of working experience in product introduction and process engineering.
