NPI Engineer (Dong Nai & Cu Chi - company bus)

Job Description

1. New Product Introduction (NPI):
• Lead the NPI process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product transitions from design to manufacturing.
• Drive the introduction of new products by analyzing design requirements, assessing manufacturing feasibility, and developing production processes.
2. Circuit Understanding and Troubleshooting:
• Possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in circuit analysis, particularly in areas like snubbers, H-bridges, and buck converters.
• Troubleshoot circuit-related issues during product development and provide effective solutions to ensure functionality and performance.
3. Quality Assurance and Improvement:
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure products meet design specifications and industry standards.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Job Requirement

- Education: Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management or Engineering related fields.

- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in new product introduction or process engineering.

- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.

- Experience with process validation and qualification.

- Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP or similar) and PLM system is a plus.
