1. Responsibilities:
- Developing and deploying strategy for long term and short term and monthly tracking.
- Develop safety KPI for OHS department and consult to all departments to embed safety KPI, monthly review
- Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming Health and Safety legislation and ensure that factory has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance.
- Ensure that rigorous risk assessment and accident management systems are in place, to undertake risk assessment processes to identify hazards and to ensure that appropriate control measures are in place.
- Work with custormer on CoSMA program, build plan to get level 5, Get all targets in custormer programs
- Plan and implement fire prevention, safety and health activities of the factory
2. Qualification:
- College degree and above in OHS or another similar field
- Fluent English
- Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in manufacture factory as OHS supervisor
- Must have knowledge in making and implementing HSE policy
- With experience in handling audit
