- Monitor order processing systems to verify transactions and ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle order-related issues by investigating and resolving them through our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly and dispatched on time.
- Update order statuses and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends in order-related tickets to management for process improvement.
- Work closely with the IT department to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues affecting order processing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and customer support.
- In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are essentially related to duties.
- Proven experience in order processing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English, particularly in writing and speaking.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle order processing challenges and customer issues efficiently.
- Strong proficiency in using order management systems, databases, and ticketing platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
- Familiarity with logistics and inventory management practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
