Operation Executive

Job Description

• Ensure outlets operate in accordance to company’s expectation and meeting strategic objectives.
• Responsible for aspects of retail operations, including managing of manpower allocation, managing & motivating of retail staff, stock level monitoring.
• Increasing of sales figures and managing operation flow efficiency.
• Ensure & maintain product quality standards.Search potential location to open new retail outlets.
• Perform other assigned tasks by BOM.

Job Requirement

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in Business Management Related Degree
• At least 3 years experience in F&B related operation management
• Possesses a mature & independent personality with positive work attitude
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent command of spoken and written Vietnamese, English or Mandarin
• Willing to travel within Vietnam and overseas whenever needed.
