A newly established factory in Hưng Yên Province is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations/Production Manager to lead and optimize our operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Factory Operations Management: Ensure smooth workflow and productivity. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
Team Leadership: Build, motivate, lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of operations professionals.
Production Planning & Control: Control, develop and execute production schedules that meet customer demands.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet or exceed customer specifications and quality standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage operational budgets
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Supply Chain & Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement, ensure the timely delivery, manage inventory to minimize carrying costs
Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in factory with Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role as Operation or Production Manager, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
