Lead the Ops Efficiency team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Performance Analysis:
Utilize data analytics to measure operational performance, identify trends and provide actionable solutions to improve service quality.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build monthly and event-specific plans and collaborate with relevant teams to align operational plans and processes, ensure the smooth and efficient operational flows.
Support Operations team in network changes, new services and expansions.
Project Management:
Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management, efficiency improvement, or a similar role.
Track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
Familiarity with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite
