This position reports directly to Field Operations Director.
Recruit, train and coach sales forces including Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor.
Ensure regional sales goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of sales team.
Allocate appropriate sales targets, sales representatives to each territory/channel/key account in assigned region.
Follow up the performance of each sales team in the region, make double visits and perform periodical coaching in order to increase the performance of the sales representatives.
Look for training opportunities and potential new assignment for the sales representatives in order to enable their personal career development.
Assess data provided by sales staff and implement regional sales strategies, identify business opportunities and pinpoint problem areas.
Propose for sales promotions incentives, work in close cooperation with sales forces/Trade marketing team/Market research and Marketing professionals to utilize sales and marketing capability.
Review and approve working plans, expenditures and initiations and implementation submitted by Sales Supervisor/ Sales Admin.
Collect data from sales team: customer’s feedback, current market and competition evolution and quickly transmit information to superior or relevant function for reacting with the changing market conditions and customer demand.
Make reports/Itineraries in monthly, quarterly, yearly as requested.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/ Sales/ Marketing.
At least 10 years experiences in similar position in pharmaceutical industry.
