Outsource & Sourcing Supervisor (Garment Field)

Job Description

The Outsourcing and Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sourcing, procurement, and supplier management process to ensure high-quality production, cost efficiency, and compliance. This role requires strong leadership skills to drive continuous improvement, maintain supplier relationships, and optimize operations within the production lifecycle.

We're looking for a candidate with strong experience sourcing Printing and Embroidery Suppliers and Garment Materials

Responsibilities

• Strategic sourcing
• Supplier management
• Join icm meeting & make clear about treatment (if has)
• Manage development and sampling properly
• Monitoring bulk production & quality assurance
• Post-production evaluation & feedback
• Procurement operations
• Contract negotiation and management
• Cost optimization and budget management
• Risk management and compliance
• Update all systems properly and cost/ leadtime control
• Making reports and managing all issues related to red invoice, payment
• Compliance
• Training
• Leadership, KPI and continuous improvement

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree related to purchasing, fashion, garment ....
• 4+ years of supervisor experience in outsourcing processes.
• Strong understanding of embellishment techniques and quality control.
• Experience in planning, sourcing, and outsourcing.

Skills:

• Strategic thinking for developing long-term sourcing and procurement strategies.
• Strong leadership and team supervision.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management.
• Effective problem-solving and time management.
• Analytical risk management experience.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain management.
